Why do people follow? What makes people follow? How do leaders build followership in a (social) media-driven world?
Jochen O. Keinath is driven by a desire to find answers to those questions and work out viable solutions for policy-makers, political leaders and corporate top decision-makers.
After having studied political science, foreign policy, political campaigning, history and psychology, JOK worked as a political analyst for two German minister-presidents and as a speech-writer
for two CEOs in the Daimler conglomerate. From March 1995 to November 1996 he was a member of the Media & Performance Coaching Team of Clinton/Gore 96, the second presidential campaign of
Bill and Hillary Clinton.
JOK has been coaching and training CEOs and C-level executives of DAX 30 companies, minister-presidents and top-government officials in Germany as well as top-management officials of business
associations, trade unions and NGOs for more than twenty years. One of Germany’s leading personal communications coaches and strategists, JOK prepares CEOs, CFOs and other corporate leaders to
step into and withstand the media and public affairs spotlight.
In 2002 JOK co-founded the Berlin-based German Association of Political Consultants. The German Association of Political Consultants has established itself as a key driver for the
professionalisation of political consulting in Germany and Europe.
JOK helps top executives synchronise the political dynamics of the corporate arena with the ever growing demands of public and media scrutiny. He combines profound knowledge in top-executive
positioning and reputation management with a proven record of how to build and manage grassroots mass mobilization, political organizing and Corporate Mobilization programs.
