Christian Langen gained his Master degree in Business Administration with a focus on international management, finance and production from Otto Beisheim School of Management in
Vallendar, Germany. His studies also led him to the universities of Helsinki and Grenoble as well as to INSEAD in France.
Together with partners he founded and lead an internet startup through rewarding and challenging times. In 2004, Christian moved to Australia with his partner where he founded and grew a solar
power business that became part of a larger group in 2007. He came back to Germany to serve as an executive in a publicly listed renewable energy company. Since 2013, Christian is coaching and
advising leadership teams and organisations. His own comprehensive management experience allows him to thoroughly understand the client perspective and support the creation of practical and
relevant solutions. He is a valuable reflection partner for leaders in a wide range of situations. Christian has been engaged for a diverse portfolio of projects at home and abroad, such as
coaching management teams in developing and implementing product and process innovations or improving business and leadership models. One of his research interests are the evolutionary roots of
behaviour in organisations. His work reflects a systemic coaching approach. He currently serves on the board of two technology start-up companies in the UK and the USA, respectively.
Christian and his family live in Helsinki, Finland while his family roots are in the wine region of the lower Mosel valley.
